NINR Guidance on Center Reporting

Reporting Format

In addition to other required narrative reporting, NINR recommends that these reports include the following items for each component (see
Link to Center Progress Tables for recommended report format): 

In all cases, grantees should report only outcomes resulting from the grant award during the reporting period.

Publications

     Use APA citation style.

     Exclude published presentations (i.e., published abstracts).

     Bold name(s) of component faculty in author(s) list.

Presentations (both published and unpublished)
     Use APA citation style.
     Bold name(s) of component faculty in author(s) list.

Applications resulting from component activity
     Application title
     Application ID number (if applicable)
     Agency/foundation
     Principal Investigator (and component faculty if not PI)
     Date submitted
     Total dollars requested
     Awarded (Y/N)

Collaborations
     Collaborations with persons/groups at grantee organization, but outside Center
          Collaboration title or description
          Center faculty engaged
          Collaborator(s) outside Center
          Collaborator’s affiliation(s)/department(s)
          Collaboration start date (YYYY/MM)
          Collaboration end date (YYYY/MM)
     Collaborations with persons/groups outside of the grantee organization:
