GPP Application
APPLICATION: Prospective Graduate Scholars in the NINR Graduate Partnerships Training Program in Biobehavioral Research shall apply to the Graduate Partnerships Program, and separately and individually to each University Partner Graduate School the students wishes to be considered by for graduate admission. To be admitted to the program, students must be accepted by both the NIH and a partnership university graduate school.
Students should consider the following questions in the application personal statement:
- What are your career goals and how do you see the Graduate Partnerships Program contributing to meeting them?
- The Graduate Partnerships Program with NINR/NIH is focusing on research training in three areas of science symptom management, end of life care, and genetics. Within your particular area of interest, identify some problems you see as offering promise for research.
- What particular strengths do you believe you could bring to the Graduate Partnerships Program?
The application deadline for the Fall 2008 program has passed. Information regarding applications for the 2009 program can be found here once available.
