cover of Notable Advances Brochure

Nursing science has made countless contributions to health, well-being, and the nursing profession.

A new publication, “Notable Advances”, highlights a small representative sample of scientific contributions supported by NINR in recent years. These advances span NINR's broad areas of focus, including symptom science, wellness, self-management, and end-of-life and palliative care research.

“We are pleased to highlight these important contributions to the field of nursing science,” noted Dr. Patricia Grady, NINR Director. “Notable Advances demonstrates the broad reach of nursing science and the promise the field holds for improving the Nation’s health now and in the future.”

The brochure is part of a series of publications and events commemorating NINR’s 30th Anniversary. To download a free copy of the brochure and learn more about nursing science, visit:  https://www.ninr.nih.gov/sites/www.ninr.nih.gov/files/NINR_Notable-Advances-brochure.pdf.
