Join the National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) and the Western Institute of Nursing (WIN) on March 4-5 for the 2021 National Nursing Research Roundtable (NNRR).
The virtual meeting, titled “Nursing Research of the Future: Using Clinical Big Data to Explore Health Inequities and Social Determinants of Health,” will bring together individuals representing member organizations – nurse scientists, practitioners, and educators to learn about recent research findings aimed at strengthening nursing practice and improving client outcomes.
We are excited to announce that the 2021 meeting will be streamed live to the public via Videocast.
The meeting will focus on:
- Sharing information on how big data can be used to document healthcare inequities.
- Understanding how big data, including electronic health records, can be mined to inform interventions to reduce health inequities.
- Developing strategies constituent organizations and the extramural community might implement to promote research that considers both social needs and determinants of health in order to reduce health inequities.
- Exchanging information among the leaders of nursing organizations with a strong research focus.
