NINR Director Dr. Patricia Grady was recently interviewed for Georgetown University’s "RN Radio" Podcast. Dr. Grady described how education, leadership, and professional experience can build the foundation for a career in nursing research. She also offered advice for aspiring nurse scientists.
"The thing about research that was so appealing is that you feel like you're a part of the future and you’re improving the future," said Grady. "When you're doing research, you know that you're really creating a tomorrow that’s going to be even better than today."
