Join NINR for the next open session of the National Advisory Council for Nursing Research (NACNR), which will be held on September 17, 2019 from 12:00 noon to 4:05 p.m. in Natcher (building 45), room D on the NIH campus. Visitors are welcome to attend, and registration is not required. This meeting will also be broadcast live and archived: http://videocast.nih.gov.
The session will include a poster session and updates on:
• NINR’s Symptom Science Center
• NINR and NINDS symptom science research collaborations
• Mitochondrial function and fatigue
• Links between sleep, fatigue, and brain injuries
Prior to the NACNR meeting, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Dr. Jean C. McSweeney will present the NINR Director’s Lecture, “Matters of the Heart: A Research Journey Uncovering Signs of Heart Disease in Women,” in Lipsett Amphitheater in the Clinical Center (building 10). Council attendees are encouraged to attend.
