NINR published two notices of intent to reissue (NOT-NR-25-006 and NOT-NR-25-007) funding opportunities that will support research projects that are consistent with the scientific framework detailed in the NINR Strategic Plan. This research will be rooted in nursing's holistic, contextualized approach to understanding people and their health, address the nation's most pressing and persistent health challenges with a solutions orientation, and employ innovative and rigorous study designs to inform practice and policy.
The estimated publication date for both funding opportunities is January 8, 2025.
NOT-NR-25-006 (R01 Clinical Trial Optional) first estimated application due date: February 5, 2025.
NOT-NR-25-007 (R21 Clinical Trial Optional) first estimated application due date: February 16, 2025
