On September 16, NINR hosted a SRI Faculty Convening as part of its 40th Anniversary Scientific Symposium that brought together nurse scientists and faculty from colleges and schools of nursing to discuss opportunities for advancing research that addresses the conditions of people’s lives to improve health and prevent disease.
The convening aimed to ignite conversation and identify strategies for building capacity for and sustaining successful research programs focused on the conditions of people’s lives in the current research landscape.
