NINR Congressional Budget Justifications
Each year, NINR and other Executive Branch agencies prepare a document called the Congressional Budget Justification in support of the President’s Budget Request. This document explains NINR’s mission, our research priorities, and our budget-related activities for the coming fiscal year (FY). The FY runs from October 1 until the following September 30.
NINR offers competitive grants to individuals at all points in their career, from early investigators to established scientists. Our grants also support small businesses and research centers.
